Order Shipping
Free shipping is offered within the United States. All orders are shipped within 1 business day after the order is placed. Most orders will arrive within 7 days of purchase

Returns
We pride ourselves on striving to attain 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a 7 day window after the watch is delivered to exchange your watch. We do not offer full or partial refunds.

We reserve the right to not accept a return. 

There may be a repair fee or a restocking fee if the items were worn/damaged.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yeferrallc@gmail.com 

Exchange Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
